Along with restoring the front teeth to help, we utilized Zirconia crowns to create the esthetic result that the patient desired. These zirconia crowns provide exceptional strength that should give worry free function for a long time.

We were able to save this molar that presented with an old crown that had fallen off. The root canal looked healthy still but was at risk of failure with the exposed nerve chamber. After placing a new bonded composite resin build up we prepared it for a new crown with cleansable margins to prolong the life of the tooth. After cementing the new high strength zirconia crown we now have an increased amount of support for the rest of the dentition. If you have a crown come off a tooth that has had a root canal, the faster you see a dentist, the better chance of maintaining the seal of the root canal treatment to prevent recurrent infection.

The whiter teeth help create a healthier and more youthful appearance.

Immediate Denture Delivery

Replacement of the teeth was an appropriate option. We delivered immediate interim dentures that will facilitate healing of the extraction sites. Over the next six months we will see changes in the bone that used to support the teeth. During that time we reline and adjust as needed to maintain a good fit of the dentures. When healing of the bone is finished we can predictably make a long lasting final set of dentures.

Repair of a broken tooth using a tooth colored composite filling. Our goal is to blend the restoration with the tooth to create a natural result. The filling was polished to a high shine for a more stain resistance.

Tooth colored composite restorations to treat three cavities. With simple fillings we are able to treat smaller cavities before becoming major problems. We stress importance on maintaining the correct bite and a highly polished surface for a long lasting treatment. It is important to maintain any treatment with proper brushing and flossing to prevent recurrent decay.

Replacement of an old failing amalgam restoration with a tooth colored filling. Old silver fillings can leach stain in tooth structure over time. We use various opaque composites to block out the stain to restore to natural color.

We fixed a chipped front tooth with a tooth colored filling and matched the crowns on adjacent teeth. We removed the old failing composite veneer and reduced the tooth just enough to create space to change the color to blend in better. The level of the gums was corrected to match and create a more pleasant smile line.
