Dr. Shane Smith

If you’re ready to entrust your smile to a dentist near Brookland who goes the extra mile for his patients, you’ve come to the right place. Dr. Shane Smith is a patient-focused dental expert who believes in creating positive experiences for every individual who walks through our doors.

His desire to become a dentist stems from his experience as a young child. He always enjoyed visiting the dentist’s office as a kid, and even after receiving orthodontic treatment to close the large gap between his two front teeth, he witnessed how transformational dentistry can be in a person’s life.

Realizing he wanted to help others experience the same happiness and joy he felt, he attended Arkansas State University before receiving his dental doctorate at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. Smith went on to work at different dental offices throughout Northeast Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, and Memphis. During this time, he gained much experience before deciding to open his own practice.

Since graduating, he has remained an avid learner, regularly pursuing continuing education courses, some of which he has completed through Nobel Biocare and Versah. He has also completed training in dental implants, as well as BOTOX and Juvéderm through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

When he’s not busy in the office, you’ll likely find Dr. Smith with his wife, Candace. He enjoys renovating homes, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
